What is Primerapay?

Primerapay is a low cost, fast and easy way to send money around the world through our secure Primerapay Hub at primerapay.com/services. In addition to money transfer services, Primerapay customers can reload their prepaid phones. When customers reload prepaid phones, they can reload their own phone, or they can buy additional minutes for family and friends in any of the active countries in Primerapay.

Does Primerapay charge fees?

Once you register for Primerapay, the fees vary depending on service, which will be available once you enter the Financial Resource Hub. See our fee sheet.

How does Primerapay verify my personal information?

When you open an account on the Financial Resource Hub, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask you to upload a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

How does registration work?

Our registration process takes less than 5 minutes. It’s simple – you are able to use the Primerapay.com Hub for money transfers and reloading prepaid phone services. It’s easy, affordable, and customer focused.

Register on the site primerapay.com/services. Decide which service you want to purchase — transfer money or reload your prepaid phone. After you register for an account, you can use any credit or debit card to purchase the service. You never have money sitting in an account.

Where can I use Primerapay?

Anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection on any device through the browser. Data rates from your wireless service provider for using the app may apply.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Just send us a message or call Customer Service at (904) 274-2717. Please be prepared to verify your identity, including last 4 digits of your SSN, and DOB.

Do you send me confirmations when I make transfers and transactions?

Yes. You receive an email or text message, depending on the service. You can login to the Primerapay Financial Resource Hub to view your transaction history.

What if I move and I have a new address? Or how about if I change my email address and phone number

It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to your account, and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update information on the web-based wallet by updating your profile and uploading updated information.

What age do you need to be to use the services on the Hub?

You must be 18 or older.

What information do you need from me to register and use the services?

Your name, address, mobile number, email address and date of birth is required to register. A valid drivers license or government-issued ID is required to use the services.

Why do you do an ID check on me when I register?

We are required by law to do an identification check.
